Your Role As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include: + Scheduling and Coordination: Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery. + Client Intake: Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process. + Communication: Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise. + Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards. + Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions. + Team Collaboration: Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. + Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting. + Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations. + Language: Bilingual in Spanish. + Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.
