· Assist with verification of staff hours for payroll.
· Coordinate for supplemental staffing.
· Perform audits related to staffing issues.
· Implement information systems to expedite staffing and scheduling of nursing staff.Monitor sub-acute units for acuity to determine number of staff needed.In conjunction with Human Resources, monitors position control weekly to minimize vacancies.Maintains employee timekeeping records and department payroll.
