Staffing - IT Desktop Support
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Staffing - IT Desktop Support for their Fort Worth, TX location. Responsibilities: + Responsible for the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software technology. + Responds to requests and incident tickets for first level support to users (onsite and remote) on any IT related matter. Escalation to levels 2 and 3 when applicable. + Management of spares and assets inventory in the Inventory management tool + Training of end-users and communication on Corporate IT initiatives, best practices or any other relevant IT-related topics. + Participation in any plant IT-related activities on offices and manufacturing systems. + Proposes and implements solutions to improve and solve routine problems. + Supports new hires onboarding by introducing them to Client hardware, software and IT policies. + Follows standard operating procedures. + Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information / materials. + Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems. + Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats. + Always focus on safety.
