● Create diverse recruiting strategies and detailed recruiting plans based on the information learned
when Shaping the Job Opportunities.
● Utilize recruiting tools to source and fill job opportunities, incorporating a mix of both digital and
organic recruiting tools regularly.
● Contact every applicant, prescreen them for every job opportunity your branch has available, and make
notes to document these recruiting activities.
● Interview every candidate you meet within your branch.
● Prepare for interviews by reviewing candidate and job details ahead of time, and create customized
interview guides to meet the needs of your clients.
● Hire with integrity by following the pre-boarding and onboarding requirements set by your client
contracts and federal, state, and local regulations.
● Complete facility tours with new clients and take detailed notes about the client and job opportunity to
share with the team.
● Follow up facility tours with consistent client communication to establish relationships and promote a
smooth handoff from sales to operations.
● Work alongside your sales driver to take the information learned during the facility tours and Shape the
Job Opportunity.
● Subject matter expert on local job market and works alongside sales drivers and clients to provide
feedback on potential job opportunities.
● Know your client requirements, ensure every Teammate sent to work meets the expectations of that
client, and ensure all compliance standards are being followed.
● Engage regularly with your Teammates and Clients via calls, emails, and Sense messaging to maintain
the long-term success of these partnerships.
● Respond quickly to teammate and client requests and concerns, typically within the same business day.
● Understand the impact of teammate turnover by client and be able to identify turnover hotspots.
Work Experience
Hourly pay will be based on experience - $20 - $22/hour
Ability to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Ability to identify future hiring needs
Source candidates through databases and job boards
