Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Recruitment Operations, the Vendor Management Specialist, his role involves managing 1099 accounts payable documents, supporting clinician integrations, and ensuring accurate and timely processing within our Vendor Management System (VMS). The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving issues, maintaining records, and contributing to departmental initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and process 1099 accounts payable documents.Input vendor IDs into the VMS to ensure accurate record-keeping.Provide support for clinician input and integrations into the VMS.File 1099 agreements and maintain an updated tracking system.Create new time approver access and set up new users in the VMS.Update confirmation letters as needed.Participate in credentialing update meetings and maintain accurate start dates in the VMS.Create and maintain privilege records for clinicians.Send weekly verifier and approval notifications for payroll processing.Identify and resolve system integration errors and failures promptly.Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in using vendor management systems and related software.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Experience:

4 year degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.Core strengths required:  Critical thinking skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills (written and verbal), organizational skill, ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapidly paced, dynamic environment.Strong computer skills (word-processing, database management), including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, and/or Sharepoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities and time constraints.*The physical demands described here are representative of those that may need to be met by an employee to successfully preform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Occasional StandingOccasional WalkingFrequent SittingFrequent hand, finger movementUse office equipment (in office or remote) Communicate verbally and in writing
