Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ **Responsibilities:** Under the direction of faculty and supervisory staff, stage hands will prepare, set up, tear down, adjust, repair, and maintain stage and theatre equipment at the Eastman School of Music. This includes orchestra instruments, seating, stage lighting, audio and visual equipment, scenery and any other equipment needed for rehearsals and performances within Eastman production and performance spaces.
