**Job Title:** **Staging Operator** **Position Description:** The Staging Operator will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for use. Our Client is looking for a hard worker who has strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Schedule:** 1st shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) or delayed 1st shift (i.e. 8:00 am-4:30 pm) available Pay $20 for first shift/ $21 for second shift **Responsibilities:** + Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets + Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned + Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station + Assemble wood pallets as required + Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided + Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area + Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed **Qualifications:** **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) + Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email) + Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components + Strong organizational and time management skills + Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify and label materials + Ability to work in fast-paced environment + Handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Reliable attendance + Respectful of others, positive attitude **Preferred:** + Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations + Communication skills + Problem solving and critical thinking skills **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds + Ability to stand for an extended period of time + Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working + Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
