Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator
**Job Title:** Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator **Work Place Flexibility:** Onsite **Legal Entity:** Entergy Texas, Inc.-GTX **Job Summary/Purpose** Reports to OpCo Director, Public Affairs -- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing OpCo’s stakeholder engagement and outreach activities that support the external-facing areas of governmental affairs, regulatory affairs, customer service, corporate social responsibility and economic development. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** + Develop, execute, and evaluate all external engagement and outreach activities with local elected officials & regulatroy bodies, economic development professionals, trade associations, interest groups and other key stakeholders (May occasionally engage with state and federal elected officials.) + Create content and develop positive company messages to key influencers/stakeholders to ensure effective stakeholder outreach and maintain a positive company narrative + Coordinate and develop public affairs outreach campaigns with corporate external affairs, communications department and external advertising company (social media, Workplace, company-wide emails, direct targeting) + Partner with numerous departments and business unit management to ensure that external affairs efforts align with business strategy, requirements, and management expectations. + Assist in the development of a multi-year strategic action plan + Participate in educational classes or conferences to ensure OpCo is current with the latest public affairs social media, marketing and advertising tactics + Maintain accuracy and organization of Public Affairs stakeholder contact lists + Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and facilitate progress against schedule + Track and report all stakeholder engagement activities and communicate key findings. + Preparation and delivery of internal and external presentations, scorecards, performance metrics, and related documents. + Assist in-state ENPAC activities including member recruitment and retention events **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum education required of the position:** + Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Communications is plus. **Minimum experience required of the position:** + 5 years’ experience in Campaign Management, Operations Management and/or Project Management. **Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:** + Stakeholder and community engagement: Job requires an ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders. + Exceptional communication skills: Job requires the ability to listen and understand the concerns of a diverse set of stakeholders and key constituencies and summarize that learning into actionable steps. + Initiative: Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and find ways over, around, or through barriers to success. + Project management experience. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to express oneself in one-on-one and in group settings. Proficiency in analytical technical tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management + Ability to interpret and communicate data analysis results.
