We are seeking a passionate Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our highly skilled, communications and engagement team. Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Manager for QTMP, you will play an important role in the community for the legacy QTMP project. You will be based in the information centre at Maryborough and will be responsible for addressing community queries, assisting the team with organising events, escalating issues and monitoring the community helpline. This role would suit someone who is;

An excellent communicator at all levels, and adaptable in order to assist a diverse range of community members Able to manage time effectively, and willing to assist the team wherever it may be required Just starting out in the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement space, and would like to develop their skills Professional and reliable

This is a fulltime, permanent role, and will be based in Maryborough, QLD.

About You:

3+ years relevant experience in customer service, communications, publicity or equivalent  Extremely articulate and possesses strong communication skills Competent in the use of MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to work Strong organisational and time management skills
