Stakeholder Engagement Specialist
**Job Family** **:** Management Consulting **Travel Required** **:** Up to 50% **Clearance Required** **:** Active Public Trust We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for a major government IT modernization program. This high performing team member will help clients use various technology offerings and/or industry specific solutions to solve our client’s business problems. The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will manage day-to-day relationships, provide product expertise, and translate business requirements and needs to the program team. This is a high-visibility, demanding project. The project team is highly collaborative, agile, and fast-paced. **What You Will Do** Our Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will: + Support internal and external stakeholders to use product features and tools for their mission-critical, homeland security information sharing through guidance, training and teaching, site development and maintenance, governance facilitation, and program updates.  + Understands the capabilities of all features to make tailored recommendations and solutions to Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal and Private Sector stakeholders from all mission areas. + Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders with the support of Outreach Managers and Leadership. + Makes presentations, briefings, and just-in-time trainings to internal and external stakeholders. This includes identifying, traveling to, and staffing booths at, relevant conferences and events and onsite support at events. + Captures stakeholder requirements, pain points/challenges, and best practices; makes recommendations to adopt or reject the project; and, looks for opportunities to use the solution to improve other users' experiences. + Attends planned events, such as conferences and events, to expedite registrations and approvals, support the use of the product on-site, and conduct outreach to participants. + Facilitates stakeholder projects from intake, governance, project scope and requirements, user acceptance, training, launch, and maintenance. + Updates information on sites, contacts, and interactions + Conducts mission outreach to their area of responsibility to provide use cases and similar opportunities for users to adopt product tools. + Works to expand the frequency of use and number of users on the platform. + Provides consultation on information sharing and safeguarding, best practices and lessons learned, and processes to stakeholders. + Contributes to internal communications data calls for leadership briefings and reports. + Completes questionnaires, after action reports, and success stories templates on mission successes for internal and external communications. **What You Will Need** + US Citizenship and the ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust + Bachelor’s degree + THREE (3) or more years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, AND/OR Fusion Centers. + Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) + Must be willing to travel up to 50% **What Would Be Nice To Have** + Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Experience with JIRA. **What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
