**Stamp Press Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Stamp Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine set ups, change overs, quality inspections, basic troubleshooting, running production, machine operation, and computer data entry. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Shift** 1st Shift: 6AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday **Responsibilities** + Perform machine set ups and change overs. + Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve machine issues. + Run production and operate stamping and punch press machines. + Enter data into computer systems accurately and timely. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper machine operation. + Utilize precision measuring tools for quality assurance. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience with Impact Press, Stamping Press, Punch Press, Progressive Dies or High Speed Press is required. + Experience with precision measuring tools is a plus. + Experience with Minster or Bruder machines is a plus. + Basic computer skills. + Blueprint reading experience is a must. + Ability to lift and move items up to 35lbs and be on your feet for a 10-hour shift. + Multitasking skills to run multiple machines simultaneously. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Precision measuring tool experience is a plus but not required. + Specific experience with Minster machines is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
