Stand-up Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Morning/Day 1st shift Stand-up Forklift Operator to join our receiving department. Shift starts at 6AM and will be working 8-10hr days. Will have Tuesday OR Wednesday off and EVERY Saturday off. The successful candidate will primarily operate a stand-up forklift and perform light housekeeping duties when not on the forklift. The role requires basic math skills and the ability to operate an RF Scan gun. The work environment is cold storage, so steel-toed boots are mandatory.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a stand-up forklift in the receiving department.Perform light housekeeping duties in the work area when not operating the forklift.Use an RF Scan gun to manage inventory.Ensure accurate loading and unloading of products.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Essential SkillsExperience operating a stand-up forklift (1-2 years preferred).Proficiency with an electric pallet jack (preferred).Basic math skills.Ability to read and operate an RF Scan gun.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a food distribution company where the temperature is maintained at 35 degrees at all times. You must bring your own steel-toed boots. You can wear your own sweatshirts and hats. No certifications or medical exams are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
