**Job Title: Stand-up Forklift - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced stand-up forklift operator to join our receiving department. This role requires consistent movement, primarily operating a forklift, and occasionally performing light housekeeping tasks in the work area. The ideal candidate must possess basic math skills and be proficient in using an RF Scan gun. Steel-toed boots are mandatory for this position. The work environment is in a cold storage facility. **Responsibilities** + Operate stand-up forklift in the receiving department. + Perform light housekeeping duties in the work area when not operating the forklift. + Utilize an RF Scan gun for inventory management. + Load and unload goods using a forklift and electric pallet jack. + Ensure accurate and efficient handling of inventory. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift. + Proficiency with electric pallet jacks (preferred). + Experience in a receiving department. + Basic math skills. + Ability to read and operate an RF Scan gun. + Availability to work the specified shift hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Dedicated to completing tasks efficiently and accurately. + Able to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your dedication and skills are valued. Contractors are provided with jackets and cotton gloves. Employees must have their own steel-toed boots and may wear their own sweatshirts and hats. No certifications or medical requirements are necessary for this role. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
