💰 Starting Pay: $18/hour (DOE - Based on Experience)

As a Stand Up Forklift Operator, you'll handle electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices to move products, materials, and equipment efficiently and safely. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a supportive, team-driven atmosphere, we want you on board!

What You'll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesOperate stand up forklifts and other lifting devices to load, unload, and transport materials safely to designated areas.Accurately record weights, counts, and conditions of frozen food items using a Radio Frequency (RF) system.Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and complete detailed inspection reports.Lead safety measures, including truck chalking and glad-hand processes, ensuring compliance with all protocols.Collaborate with semi-truck drivers to ensure smooth and safe material handling operations.Monitor battery levels, perform routine cleaning, and place equipment on charging stations.Additional OpportunitiesWork with advanced machinery and material handling equipment.Engage in cross-training to expand your skills and grow your career within the company.What We’re Looking For: Skills & QualificationsExperience: At least 6 months stand up forklift experience. Cold storage experience is a plus.Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and precision in recording inventory.Adaptability: Comfortable working in varied environments, from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), with company-provided protective gear.Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kg or more, depending on facility needs.Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.Team Player: Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
