**Job Title:** Stand Up Forklift Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available **Location:** Sanford, Florida **Job Type:** Contract to Hire **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dependable Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our busy warehouse in Sanford, FL. You will operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently across dry dock and freezer areas. This role is available for 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, timely and accurate movement of goods, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate has proven forklift experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Join our team and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Operate Stand Up Forklifts** and reach trucks to safely move products within the warehouse. + Ensure accurate storage of products in **dry dock** and **freezer** areas. + Follow all **warehouse safety protocols** to ensure a safe working environment. + Assist with **inventory management** and **stock rotation** as needed. + Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote operational efficiency. **Work Environment:** You’ll work in a **fast-paced warehouse environment** , which includes both **dry dock** and **freezer areas** . Be prepared to work in cold temperatures as part of the freezer section.
