(paid weekly) **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate a Stand-Up Forklift (similar to Raymond or Crown), Cherry Picker, Turret, Hand Jack, and other equipment to support efficient department operations. + Transport, store, retrieve, identify, sort, and stack parts and supplies. + Accurately and efficiently handle material put-away and picking. + Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and participate in team/safety meetings. + Maintain facility cleanliness and organization through the 5S Methodology. + Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 1-2 years of warehouse experience with stand-up forklift operation. + Working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with computers and scanners. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. + Ability to multitask, adapt to changing operational demands, and stay detail/results-oriented. + Capable of lifting 30+ pounds, and comfortable standing, bending, and pushing for extended periods. + Ability to work in both cold and hot environments. **Special Requirements:** + Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are required for both the job and interview. + Candidates must have stand-up forklift experience. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive hourly pay at $21/hour and paid weekly. + Potential for temp-to-hire conversion for high-performing employees. + On-the-job training for new hires. + Be part of a dynamic team at PDS Tech, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
