Standard Plant Manager (Full Time) - Montreal, QC
Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the person will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, reliability and proper operation of several automated plants located across Quebec and Ontario.
He or she directly supervises the facilities’ technicians, hires contractors and/or subcontractors as required, and is responsible for the maintenance of the facility's key performance indicators.

Safety and environment
Ensure that employees comply with standard operating procedures, standard maintenance procedures and security policy requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and Linde policies.Manage the security work order system, including reporting and record retention.Participate in audits and complete audit action plan elements.Conduct safety meetings and inspections – escalating any safety and environmental issues as needed.Operations
