About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program: 

Starbucks internships are paid, 10-week assignments (June – August 2025) at the Starbucks Support Center in Seattle - our corporate headquarters. Internships at Starbucks include great Intern perks: Starbucks Rewards Gold Status, Spotify Premium, 30% discount in company-owned Starbucks stores, Headspace Plus Membership, Lyra Mental Health Benefit, and more.

Your internship experience will include immersion into Starbucks Mission, Values, & Culture, roundtables with senior leadership, engage with our Partner Networks (business resource groups), explore Seattle and network with your peers and intern alumni within your function and across the organization. 

As an MBA intern, you will be stretched to build on your existing knowledge, challenged to maximize your learning agility, and positioned to make a meaningful and lasting impact on your team. You will connect with senior leaders through your day-to-day work and through Starbucks internship programming, including executive lunch & learns and networking events. Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit as you contribute to the success of Starbucks while building valuable professional relationships!

About Channel Development

Global Channel Development (GCD) is a global organization that “uplifts the every day” by providing customers an extension of the Starbucks experience, no matter where they find the brand – from a cup of coffee at home to a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage on the go. Global Channel Development is a partnership business model, the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP), creating a fantastic team from two amazing companies, Starbucks and PepsiCo.

 

 

We’d love to hear from students with the following candidate profile:

·    Experience. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Overall business acumen and holistic general management approach.

·       Strong interest in brand management

·    Strategic thinker. Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and analytical skills, ideally with a background in strategy or data and analytics

·    Customer focus. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

·    Team player. Critical that this person puts the team first – wants to be part of a team, appreciates diversity in a team, and prioritizes the collective team over the individual.

·    Fast/agile. Removes barriers to move faster. Experiments and adapts. Thrives under pressure and fast pace.

·    Empowered. Offers solutions to address problems. Challenges the status quo. Has the courage to take an unpopular stance.

Innovative. Brings intellectual curiosity and creativity, can think outside the box on new ways of working, influencing and driving our priorities.

 

Internship program qualifications:

·    Active enrollment in an accredited graduate program (MBA or other business-related graduate program)

·    Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

·    Ability to work full-time from june-august 2025    

·    Available to relocate to Seattle, Washington for the duration of the summer internship

·    Eligible to work in the United States
