Job Summary:

Accountable for finalizing new home start packages and oversees adherence to the start’s assembly process.  Manages, processes, and reports variance costs for field related expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Finalize new home start packages which includes:

Leading weekly starts meetings to ensure Pre-Start Cycle Time is met. Builds and quality inspects budgets for new home starts. Posts and maintains home specific data to the extranet. Responsible for complete start packages to the construction staff. Work closely with vendor base to ensure proper information is delivered.

Managing variance/ overage costs includes:

Ensure procedures are followed for variance cost requests. Working closely with department managers for variance cost approvals. Reporting & Analyzing variance cost data. Performs additional tasks or projects as requested by Area President or Manager.
