As a Home Office Account Executive within SSGA’s Global Client Coverage Group you will be responsible for building and retaining business and relationships with our largest DC Recordkeeper relationships. You will also be part of and collaborate with a talented team responsible for handling the day-to-day needs of those clients as well as a wholesaling team covering both platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants. You will report to the Head of DC Intermediary Strategy within the Institutions Client Group.
This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within the US.
As a Home Office Account Executive, you will need:
A minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Home Office or Key Accounts client-facing role at an asset management firm
To own the client experience, focusing on growing market share and business retention
A proficiency in navigating complex client relationships
The ability to think commercially as well as the ability to think outside the box
To demonstrate and effectively reinforce with internal and external partners, the importance of consistent accountability and ownership around achieving our goals
Strong organizational, project planning and execution skills
Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions supporting client goals
The ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
The ability to form and cultivate positive relationships with both clients and internal partners

Strong DC and Sub advised industry knowledge and relationships
The ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS or BA required; CIMA or CFA preferred
Series 7 and 63 required
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
