Overview Responsibilities of Stationary Chief EngineerManage day-to-day plant operations.Oversee all service contracts to improve efficiency for the Client. Responsibilities Responsibilities of Stationary Chief EngineerManage plant operations and the HVAC maintenance department.Manage sub-contracts and purchase orders with service providers for Central Energy Plant (CEP) repairs.Train and coach operators to ensure efficient plant operation.Perform ongoing training of plant operators.Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual and Emergency SOP’s.Assist the Bernhard EPC team with coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities without interfering with normal operations.Maintain adequate parts and materials inventory.Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.Maintain an appropriate tool inventory for the stationary engineers.Manage client expectations.
