Stationary Engineer
**Job Title: Stationary Engineer** **Job Description** Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, and other stationary equipment. Ensure all mechanical systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues. Perform preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failures. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment such as boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, and other stationary equipment. + Ensure all mechanical systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues. + Perform preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failures. + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment such as boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems. + Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems. **Essential Skills** + Experience with boilers and stationary engineering. + Strong preventive maintenance skills. + Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems. + Knowledge of plant engineering. + Experience in boiler maintenance. + Electrical and mechanical repair skills. + General maintenance and repair skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Healthcare experience preferred. + Class A License preferred. + Strong documentation skills. + Understanding of compliance requirements. **Why Work Here?** Eligible for up to 160 hours of paid time off.
