Your role will involve proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, alongside proposing enhancements and procuring necessary materials. Responsibilities: Keeps all equipment and the facility operational. Conducts equipment checks, repairs equipment as needed.Ensures facilities and equipment are safe and up to code.May occasionally build custom equipment or perform custom design work.Repairs and maintains the physical facility to include HVAC, electrical system, plumbing, and construction, concrete and welding repairs.Makes suggestions for overall improvements, purchase of equipment, and maintenance and repair materials. Qualifications and Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.Valid Illinois Drivers’ License required.
