Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems are up to applicable standards and will manage various aspects of facility maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems across multiple facilities.Perform maintenance, monitor, and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.Travel between multiple facilities ensuring their proper function.Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency.Clean, inspect, calibrate, and change parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic and diverse environment that includes multiple facilities. Your role will involve hands-on work with various building systems and equipment, requiring travel between sites. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menands, New York
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
