Kforce is working with an insurance firm in search of a Statistical Reporting Analyst to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and on-site 1-day a week in Manhattan. This position is responsible for monitoring and completing various statistical filings and aspects of regulatory compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: * Run detailed quarterly premium and loss statistical data through error checks, correct errors, and submit data to ISO * Research errors and statistical plans and work with programmers to implement recurring corrections * Annually, reconcile data in aggregate by state and by line of business to the Annual Statement * Prepare and submit other miscellaneous annual ISO data calls * Contact claims examiners and payees regarding checks that have been outstanding for more than one year and request checks to be reissued or voided * For checks outstanding over the state-specific dormancy periods, perform required due diligence, submit Abandoned Property filings and remit funds to each state per the required schedules * Renew broker licenses * Submit state corporation filings to maintain registration * Prepare and file state corporate income tax returns, and any applicable surplus lines premium tax returns * Compile WC premium and loss data by policy year and accident year per rules of NCCI and the respective state WC rating bureaus * Ensure data in aggregate agree with the Annual Statement * Prepare and submit annual financial data calls * Review Sliding Scale dividend calculations * Print WINS and Freedom checks * Prepare data calls (e.g., TRIA, catastrophe) * Handle tax compliance for personal usage of company cars * Prepare footnotes other than tax for statutory annual statements
