Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Statistician IV to provide HAB and Epilepsy programs support for statistical analysis of complex survey data, web content and design, administrative support, health communications, and program evaluation in order to meet public health goals and objectives of the Arthritis, Alzheimer’s, and Epilepsy programs. Responsibilities Conduct SAS/SUDAAN and other statistical program analyses of public and special release, state, and national datasets, biweekly. Conduct descriptive and regression analyses or other complex analyses, as needed. Provide technical advice to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on data coding, validation, and quality control. Ensure data quality checks, and accuracy of data analysis and reports. Provide support in the preparation of manuscripts, presentations, CDC Reports, fact sheets, state and national performance reports, and website reports. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field 10+ years of experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Initiates, formulates, plans and executes analytic research projects Prepare comprehensive reports of study results Identifies methodologies, measures, and research questions for assessment and summarization of findings Selects appropriate statistical and epidemiologic techniques and databases Assists in developing and managing databases for analysis Maintains quality control programs Ensures reliability and consistency of the data Directs/coordinate others who carry out smaller components of data analysis Provide technical assistance on the use of complex statistical and epidemiologic techniques Serves as technical expert in all phases of statistical interpretation Disseminate results of research projects in a wide range of venues including publications, peer reviewed journals, summaries, manuscripts, and special reports Estimated Salary/Wage USD $89,887.69/Yr.
