The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical theories and data analysis methodologies, with a knack for interpreting complex data sets and providing clear and concise reports to various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collect and analyze statistical data related to the manufacturing process. + Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality. + Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. + Use statistical techniques to predict, understand, and improve production performance. + Collaborate with different teams to establish operational metrics. + Design, develop, and deliver timely and actionable statistical reports. + Provide statistical advice and support to the management team in decision-making processes. + Ensure compliance with relevant statistical standards and regulations. + Develop statistical models to optimize resource allocation and production processes. + Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. + Develop and support well designed experiments (DOE) that will provide meaningful statistically valid results. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Statistician, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + 5+ yrs experience in manufacturing or related using statistical tools and methods. **Required Skills:** + Strong knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or similar. + Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in data analysis and report writing. + Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing principles, or other statistical quality process is a plus. + High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data and analysis. **Desired Skills:** + Strong data analysis and statistical skills to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $88,598.00 - $121,822.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
