This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

 

Responsible for monitoring, dispatching and controlling all status calls for Housekeeping and related departments Ensuring that there is proper staffing. Making sure paperwork is properly and completely filled out at the start of each day. Maintain Housekeeping log book Working with Front Desk and Housekeeping to input and update room status when necessary Functioning as GRA if necessary, picking up rooms as needed

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

 

Minimum six months Housekeeping experience and a minimum of one-year computer experience preferred

 

Ability to reach a height of 6 feet, and transport, push, pull and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 lbs., and ability to inspect items at floor level, and lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs

 

Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
