THE JOB:

As a Status Board Operator at Vdara, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $20.2667 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Update status of guest roomsProcess Rooms Control data and distribute rooms to Managers on all shiftsReceive and process rush room requests from the Front Desk and VIP ServicesReceive requests from the Front Desk and VIP services by phone or computer printer for special requests from guests, such as baby cribs, bed boards, irons, hair dryers, etc.Receive and process requests from guests for turndown services, extra towels, etc., and forwards the request to the proper employee in the specific areaRun reports needed by Housekeeping, Day and Swing shiftsEnsure that the Housekeeper Assistant's report is completed in the morning and afternoon for distribution to the Assistant Hotel Manager

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.6+ Months of Prior Hotel Status Board Operator experience.6+ months of Guest Service Experience.Familiar with Microsoft Office, Opera, Amadeus, HotSOS, and/or Rex systems.Bilingual in Spanish.Experience in a similar resort setting.
