The incumbent will manage multiple categories of Statutory Approvals for all stages of Construction for pan-India Datacenter, Technical and Office properties including Reconciliation and Issuance of Property Compliances post operations. Establish standards, policies and procedures to establish governance and risk management for all Compliances and timeline required to achieve the same. 12+ yrs. of strong experience and min. 5 years dealing with Real Estate Base-Build Commercial Projects for IT-ITES/ Telecom companies. Must have a proven track record of managing Statutory Authority Approvals for pan-India locations. Experience of Property Management such as documents like Lease/ Sale Deed/ Conveyance Deed.
