About This Role RGP has an Insurance Client looking for Statutory Accounting and Reporting Consultants on an Interim Basis.  What You Will Work On Statutory Accounting and Statutory Reporting: Yellow Book, Blue Book, NAIC Reporting.  GAAP to STAT Entries, Account Reconciliation, Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis, Consolidated Statutory Financials. What You Will Bring Strong knowledge and 7+ years of experience within the Property & Casualty, Reinsurance and/or Life, Retirement & Annuities Insurance Industries.Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or related field required. Master’s degree or CPA is a big plus.Experience with Statutory Accounting / Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Accounting / Month-End Close, Account analysis and variance analysisStrong systems and Data skills utilizing Accounting and Reporting systems and ExcelExcellent communication, client service and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels What You Can Expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.   Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  Pay Range: Ideal Hourly Pay is $60-85 per hour depending on experience.
