Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop and execute strategies to gather and define requirements, develop and validate Steam Turbine standard control application software against requirements while creating a permanent linkage between requirement and standards artifacts.Design, develop and execute strategies to gather and define requirements, develop and validate ST NPI (New Product Introduction) control application software against NPI program specific requirements using standards artifacts as a basis.Work with the technical leaders, Control Title Holders (CTH), internal customers, and external customers to gather control and operability requirements to deliver a quality product on time to meet Power Plant startups and commissioning activities. Perform various design reviews with the CTHs, including Chief Consulting Engineer for the Software designed and created.Define and deliver productivity and process improvements that increase the capacity of the Plant Controls team.Lead and support Agile enterprise tool strategiesRequired Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering OR a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Steam Turbine (ST) design engineering in Combined Cycle ConfigurationSteam Turbine operations in Combined Cycle Power PlantSteam Turbine Controls experience in Combined cycle or non-combined cycle configurationDesired Characteristics
Strong communication skills with ability to sell technology through simple and clear messagingProven change agent with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationProven experience working in a global matrix environment, with influence and collaboration skillsStrong leadership skills, keeping team focused and innovating through dynamic business cycleDeep technical skills and expertise in Integrated Combined Cycle Plant Control using Mark VIe relative to Steam TurbineSimplification mindset, acting on feedback, driving productivity initiatives for business results and personal engineering satisfactionExperience in Agile environment for planning, monitoring will be an added advantageControls Software Standard and Validation knowledge (RQM will be added advantage)About Us

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - 164,000.00 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
