Job Description

Create shop drawings and details from field measurements of architectural projects. Draft custom staircases, railings, and interior metal doors for fabrication to be installed into custom high-end homes. Use AutoCAD plug-in FabCAD to create drawings. Take direction from project managers to complete projects on time. Ability to visit project sites when needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years experienceFull proficiency in AutoCAD is requiredDrafting experience in construction requiredAbility to create shop drawings for very custom metal stairways, railings, interior doors, etc.Experience with site visits dealing with contractors, fielding questions when clients call the officeAbout Actalent
