**Job Title: Steel Inspector** **Job Description** We seek a Fabrication Shop Floor Inspector who ensures all industry, and client quality requirements are adhered to on the products we produce. The role involves performing in-process inspections of fabricated items and communicating any issues with shop management. **Hard Skills** + Performs dimensional checks on material + Perform visual inspection of welds + Ensure material matches BOM + Prepare QC reports + Measuring products using calipers, tape, gauges, etc. + Inspect final product in paint to ensure material is ready to ship **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Albuquerque, New Mexico. **Work Environment** Structural steel/fabrication shop that makes architectural pieces such as stairs and rails for buildings, hospitals, universities, and stadiums.
