**Job Title: Steel Yard Loader** **Job Description** In this position, candidates will be working primarily outdoors year-round to unload, load, and move steel and rebar. The two main products that are distributed out of the facility are structural steel and rebar. All rebar is kept in a non-climate controlled area and is cold during the winters. Having experience in working outdoors is a plus! Daily Responsibilities include: - Operating industrial forklift to load and unload raw and finished steel product from trucks - Operating overhead crane to unload rebar from train cars - Working in a team setting under a foreman - Performing checks on loaded product to ensure it is secured safely - Moving products from the yard into the shop as needed - Maintaining organization of products in the yard - Assisting in other departments as asked or needed - Will be delivering as well Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm **Hard Skills** + Operating industrial forklift + Operating overhead crane + Loading and unloading steel and rebar + Performing safety checks on loaded products + Maintaining organization of products **Soft Skills** + Teamwork + Adaptability + Attention to detail **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Fargo, North Dakota. **Work Environment** Primarily outdoors, year-round, non-climate controlled area, cold during winters **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
