Stepping Stones after school program- TAW- Temporary At Will Multiple positions. JobID: 10786 + Position Type: Temp-At-Will (TAW)/ Temp-At-Will (TAW) + Date Posted: 1/31/2024 + Location: Various Sites + Date Available: ASAP    Salary: Base ROP plus certifications and longevity. HOURS: 2:50 PM TO 3:50 PM (1 hour per day) up to 5 hours per week. Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships) + Provide student supervision in the Stepping Stones program afterschool under the supervision of the On Site Supervisor + Supervise students in a whole group or in a group of 15 for the duration of shift + Willing to work at a variety of school buildings and classrooms with sometimes limited notice as to assignment. Hours of work will vary between the buildings. + Work with a variety of students with diverse backgrounds + Assist with activities and routines + Model flexibility ub duties as needed + Willingness to use positive reinforcement techniques when working with students + Work as part of a team, with individuals and with small and large groups + Maintain and respect confidentiality in accordance with DCSD policies + Maintain positive interpersonal skills with students, parents and staff + Ability to multi-task and follow directions + Physical Requirements of Position: (HBV ?
