40 Job Summary Supports the HR T&D Learning and Performance Team. Responds to inquiries sent to the LearningandPerformance@uky.edu shared inbox. To provide excellent customer service for all inquires related to the SuccessFactors modules or direct the individual to the correct area for proper assistance. Track consistent inquiry trends to report out to the Learning & Performance team to update tutorials, guides, and/or internal protocols.

Professional communication responses to all inquiries related to SuccessFactors modules. Check all view only systems you have been granted access to when checking connectors for users, SAP view only data, reporting structure, access to SuccessFactors, and/or IES data. Additionally, review SuccessFactors for solutions that align with policies and procedures to resolve the issue or send to area who owns the process.

Review the reported issue and investigate and research possible resolutions to the reported issue. Escalate to the Learning & Performance team if a resolution, solution or replication of report cannot be found after 3 hours. Use SuccessFactors Administrative access to research Performance Evaluations and or Learning reported issue prior to escalating to outside contacts such as but not limited to; HRBP, HR EA, ITS, or Course Contact. If a ticket needs to be submitted to SuccessFactors for a system related issue document the issue, provide details list of users, forms or Items impacted and how you attempted to troubleshoot.

Assist or Produce PD and Tech Training workshops as needed. Other miscellaneous T & D tasks as needed.
