Sterile Processing Technician Needed – Apply Now

Our Sterile Processing Technicians work behind the scenes of healthcare facilities in a fast-paced environment, impacting patient safety without being patient facing. What You Will Do

Reprocess surgical trays post-surgery; ensuring they are decontaminated, cleaned, inspected, sterilized, correctly assembled within a timely manner and ready for the next caseOperate sterile processing washers, sterilizers, ultrasonic and drying cabinetsParticipate in regular on-site training

What You Need to Be Successful

High School diploma or GED2+ years of SPD experience with demonstrated proficiency in all SPD Technician responsibilities, including a solid proficiency and ability to work independently with all tray sets.CRCST or CSPDT certification is required. Must also obtain CIS, CER/CFER, or STERIS Assessment certification within 12 months of hire.  Both certifications must be maintained annually.Must maintain certification by completing 12 Continuing Education Credit Hours each year.
