Candidates must be available to work holidays as required.** To assist department leadership in providing direction of daily employee activity within CSP. The CSP Work Leader will assist in oversight of day to day operations within the department on their assigned shift. Acts as the supervisor on duty in the absence of an CSP Manager. **Salary Range:** $24.97-$30.71 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations_ **Auto req ID:** 16398BR **Job Requirements:** **Qualifications:** 1. Education: **High school diploma or GED required;** Fulfills the educational requirements for completion of a nationally and NYS accredited Central Service Technician certification program (CRCST or CSPDT) 2. Experience: **Minimum 2 years Sterile Processing Tech, OR Tech and/or OR Nursing, or an equivalent combination of Sterile Processing experience and relevant supervisory experience required** 3. License/Certification: **CRCST or CSPDT certification required from a NYS accredited agency.** Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgement. Ability to manage performance and motivate staff to meet department objectives.
