A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our Castlebar site to work with our Sterilisation Team. We are seeking a Sterilisation Operator on our B or C shift.

Key role in the operation of our sterilisation process and part of a team responsible for processing all finished goods in an efficient, timely and co-ordinated manner, while fully adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, which will deliver the optimum throughput and resultsResponsible for the effective and efficient operation of Baxter’s sterilisation process through the Sterilisation Management System and will be part of a team accountable for processing all finished goodsLoading/Unloading Vessels, reviewing cycles and managing aberrationsMay perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Secondary level

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Able to communicate clearly and confidently  Capable of handling a wide variety of workAbility to respond to set tasks in a timely mannerAble to deliver detailed and accurate data as required in the roleMaintain excellent Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Portray a professional, helpful and courteous attitude while carrying out jobMaintain good working relationships with colleagues and managementStrong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
