Job Description:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar field of study preferred

Work Experiences:

5+ years in IT or related fieldProven supervisory experienceDemonstrated experience managing  IT/e-commerce platforms,  projects and teamKnowledge and understanding of Java J2EE Solid experience managing and supporting Web ServicesStrong knowledge of Integrations and design of Order Management solutions along with Websphere Commerce

Responsibilities:

Manage system enhancements to the IBM Sterling OMS platform and supporting e-commerce systems using best Agile practicesCreate an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communicationsDevelop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plansDevelop architecture, technical design and transition processesEnsure completion of high level technical design and review detailed designsManage break-fix and enhancement projectsManage workload of developers/analysts resourcesDevelop and execute integration and performance test plansReview implementation plans and develops application implementation plansDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rulesDuties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
