We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.
Roles Responsibilities:
• At an enterprise level, leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams
• At a team level, playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
• Participate and give suggestions on clear choice adhering to Group Standards and Guidelines. Understand the requirement and Identifying gaps if any.
• Participate in estimation using the guidelines
• Prepare and participate in creating Design documents as per requirements and within schedule.
• Execute project specific development activities in accordance to applicable standards and quality parameters.
• Developing / Reviewing Code
• Assist in setting up the right environment for the projects.
• Assist/Develop base classes/components for the projects
• Mentor new joiners in the project and assign tasks to junior developers
• Work with Team Leads / Solution architect to understand the design and project plans
• Suggest best practices to ensure that there is a maintainable code base and deployment structures using GITHUB Jenkins
• Work on test automation of Sterling Integrator developments
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance to internal controls.
• Management of operational risk
• Implement and comply with Group compliance policy
• Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.

Requirements/Key Skills
• 8-10 years of IT experience in managed file transfer solutions/applications/tools
• Work experience in either Sterling Integrator/GIS/Axway integrator/ Seeburger Business Integration Server / AWS transfer family
• Alerting and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, splunk, etc.
• Should have worked in DevOps team and well versed with Agile Framework. DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Sterling Integrator (Business Process, BPML)
• MFT with SFTP, FTPS, C:D, AS2, SOAP
• Sterling Secure Proxy
• Sterling configuration manager
• Sterling Authentication server
• Operating system – Unix/Linux
• Database - Oracle
• Agile – Scrum frame work
• Experience of successful execution of product upgrades and evergreening projects.
• Working on the project finances and reporting
• MI reporting with different tools
