Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. + Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. + Expert proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Technical is required. Expert proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce is recommended. + Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is suggested. + Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is suggested. + Expert proficiency in SQL Databases is suggested. Develop innovative solutions using IBM Sterling OMS Technical to enhance application performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application configurations. + Lead training sessions on IBM Sterling Commerce for team members. + Implement best practices in Configuration & Release Management for efficient project delivery.
