Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Sterling OMS Technical Lead for one of their largest retail clients. The perfect candidate will be a subject matter expert in Sterling OMS. This person will be responsible for working closely with the core team, attending daily standups, providing updates to other teams and leaders and delegating tasks and holding other team members accountable. This person will not be expected to be doing hands on coding on a daily basis, but acting as a lead to finalize and resolve any issues from the product support team as an L3 escalation point. Communication is very important for this role as Sterling is in the middle of many systems and requires working cross functionally with a lot of different teams including the offshore team. Some key responsibilities will include production escalations, vendor integrations, analyzing design documents/ proof of concepts, delegating work to other developers.
