The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Steward

Essential function of the job:

Consistently offer friendly and engaging service

Complete washing and sanitizing of all china, glassware, and silver pieces according to sanitation standards

Stocking the kitchen with adequate supplies, chinaware, plate covers and anything necessary for food preparation and storing

Preparing kitchen and ensuring all dishes, cooking supplies, and silverware are available for the next shift

Proper care and maintenance of all equipment in racking, stacking, and storage to avoid breakage

Daily cleaning of floors, walls, stainless steel, dish machines and other kitchen equipment, including the colleague cafeteria

Pick up and disposal of trash, cardboard, in all food and beverage areas including the colleague cafeteria

Qualifications and Skills:

Good work ethic and attitude

Able to work as a team

Open schedule, including holidays and weekends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guests and colleagues

A friendly, personable disposition and positive attitude

Standing for long periods of time

Lifting, pulling, pushing up to 50 lbs

Hourly rate $27.25
