Steward Shift Manager
Overview The Stewarding Shift Manager is responsible for performing all phases of kitchen cleaning to maintain safe and sanitary conditions while under the Steward's supervision. Responsibilities Assists with scheduling of employees and ensuring correct staffing levels and adjustments are made in accordance with guest and business volume needs. Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the food preparation area. Responsible for inventory of stewarding items and ensuring storage areas are clean and organized. Compliance with all government regulations and sanitation guidelines. Ensuring equipment is maintained properly and report any problems to appropriate staff. Qualifications Supervisory experience required. Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects. Communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Minimum age is 18 years old.
