The Stewarding Manager is responsible for managing the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost center, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.2 years experience in stewarding or a similar role in the hospitality industry a luxurious hotel environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Budget management skills.Attention to detail and cleanliness.Qualifications
