Job Description

This is really one of the key roles in our kitchens. The cleanliness, sanitation and safety of all items depends upon these colleagues. They will also see to the distribution, receiving and storage of products and deliveries within the kitchens.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Steward, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow ColleaguesOperate an industrial dish machineEnsure all Colleagues have the dishes, silverware and glasses requiredSort, stack dishes, and load/unload dish machine Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe mannerEnsure all broken and chipped items are removed from circulation, reported and inventoriedEnsure floors are dry and clean at all timesRemove debris and trash to designated areas throughout shiftClean and sanitize all pots, pans, and dishes by hand and using dish machinesFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environment, including all equipment and storage spacesOther duties as assigned
