Overview As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all kitchen dishes, utensils, and equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Shift available: 4pm - 12am - Must have weekend and holiday availiblity - hours subject to change based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Operate dishwashing machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle the disposal of trash and recycling, keeping work areas tidy Assist in restocking kitchen items as needed for continued kitchen operations Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and other tasks as needed Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely availability of clean items Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous experience as a dishwasher or similar role preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and excellent communication skills What We Offer: Competitive pay Access to discounted room rates at Hilton properties Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees) Paid time off and retirement plan options On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth A supportive, team-driven work environment Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $13.50/Hr. - $15.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
