We are looking for an energetic, with speed, accuracy, organized and self-directed Stewarding Supervisor to lead the Kitchen Stewarding Team at the luxurious St. Anthony Hotel. The Stewarding Supervisor will support the operations of the Kitchen team by washing all the dishes and necessary equipment to keep our kitchen lines moving.
What will you be doing?
Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards. Manages all equipment, china, glass and silver (e.g., adequate clean supplies of each). Enforces proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery. Enforces proper cleaning routines for serviceware, equipment, floors, etc. Assists with china, glass and silver inventories. Provides feedback to individuals based on observation of service behaviors. Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order. Supervises associates ability to follow loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs.What is required?
2 years' experience as a Dishwasher / Steward preferred. Previous kitchen experience preferred. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
